At Sedgwicks Jewellery, we want you to cherish every piece you purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Return Process

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique return authorization code.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery in its original branded gift box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to ensure the delicate items are protected during transit.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location, ensuring you retain a copy of your tracking receipt.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
