What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that custom-made or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewellery?
Yes, every purchase includes a 12-month manufacturer's warranty that covers any defects in materials or craftsmanship. It does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
